With extensive experience and certified products, WR Montör delivers solutions for society-critical infrastructure, where safety, quality, and operational reliability are crucial factors.

This position is a temporary-to-permanent hire, meaning you will initially be employed as a consultant via Mero, with the opportunity to transition into a direct employment contract with WR Montör.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be a key part of the project organization, maintaining close contact with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and authorities. The role involves a combination of project administration, follow-up, and coordination, where you support the project management team and contribute to keeping projects on track according to plan.

You ensure that project documentation, planning, and administration run smoothly by monitoring schedules, managing documentation, and coordinating various activities related to ongoing projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing project administration and documentation
• Monitoring schedules and project status
• Coordinating information between different stakeholders in the projects
• Participating in construction meetings and internal project meetings
• Working with quality, environmental, and documentation-related issues
• Supporting project management through the various phases of the projects

About You

We are looking for you who want to develop within project operations and contribute in a role with many interfaces. You have an interest in projects, administration, and coordination, and thrive in a daily routine where structure and planning are important parts of the work. We would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in construction, civil engineering, technology, project management, or a similar field
• Strong administrative skills and a structured approach to work
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience from the construction, civil engineering, or contracting industry, for example through internships, summer jobs, or previous employment, is considered a merit.

We believe you are someone who thrives with structure, planning, and follow-up. You are good at keeping many different parts together simultaneously and are motivated by creating order in projects where multiple stakeholders are involved. At the same time, you are communicative and enjoy having many interfaces, both internally and externally. We also believe you are curious, have strong self-drive, and are motivated by learning new things and developing in your role.
